I hadn’t tried breathwork before, was unsure what the experience would be like and was possibly a little apprehensive initially. My sister and I had a joint session and were able to be outdoors in the beautiful meadow. Matt put us immediately at ease with his gentle and calm approach, explaining everything beforehand and talking us through the process. I was able to completely focus on my breath (something I’ve never previously managed to do with mindfulness or yoga), feeling an intense tingling in my hands and feet. Afterwards I felt an extreme sense of calmness and relaxation, along with what I can I only describe as a deep, comforting sense of being connected to the natural world surrounding me. An incredible experience!
