I am currently offering free weekly online group taster sessions on Thursdays starting at 7.30pm until 8.30pm. In the session I will introduce breathwork, so no previous experience is necessary, and then I will guide you in a breathe for 45 mins.
Current planned sessions are 4 July, 8 and 15 August, and 5 September.

Please book using the form below, selecting as many of the dates as you can make.
You will need a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, ideally with somewhere you can comfortably lie or sit down. Ensure you can make your self comfortable, so you may want to bring a blanket, cushion and mat to lie on. Sessions are on Zoom and earphones can be helpful.
